I’m a writer living in Rochester, Minnesota. I absolutely love putting my ideas into words.
Since 2019, I’ve been writing for Rochester Mom, a parenting resource in my community. I blog on Instagram about my alcohol-free life, and anything else that suits my fancy. I also have a personal blog on this site. I’m a host for 1000 Hours Dry Parents, and a contributor for The Sober Curator. I enjoy writing about various subjects. Some include parenting, alcohol-free/sobriety, relationships, guides, and community resources.
I retired from drinking in February of 2018 when my son was 18 months old. I’m proof that you can live a full and happy life without alcohol. Being alcohol-free is a large part of my life, but it’s not everything.
I’m a wife and mom. I currently work full-time as a Psychometrist. I administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to patients…I give them thinking and memory tests.
I love to make people laugh with my sarcastic and blunt personality, and I don’t take life too seriously. I’m open and honest and I’m not afraid to write about personal and vulnerable subjects. If I can help one person by telling my story, that’s enough.
Please reach out if you have any projects you think I may be able to support.
